How This Service Works
We take the conceptual design and develop a conceptual estimate during the front end of an engineering project.
During the schematic design and design development stages of the project, we estimate the core design and any changes as the design develops.
Once the contract documents, which are the bidding drawings and specifications, are developed, we estimate that to compare to the original budget.
When estimating for contractors we can be hard bid estimators as well.
During the construction phase of the project, we estimate change orders or evaluate contractor proposals to see if estimates are fair values for both parties.
